Yoakum County Hospital has been proudly serving Denver City and Yoakum County since 1949. YCH is a Critical Access Hospital with 24 beds, and is a Level 4 Trauma Center.

The medical staff serving the hospital and clinic includes five physicians offering excellent services in internal medicine, general and family practice, general surgery, and obstetrics and gynecology.  Serving alongside the physicians are three physician assistants, and three nurse practitioners.

West Texas Medical Center and Plains Clinic are Provider Based Rural Health Clinics associated with YCH.  The physicians serving the hospital and clinics are:  Bodindr Thepchatri, MD, Internal Medicine; Christopher Cotton, MD, General Practice; Dan Kahn, MD, General Surgeon; Scott Frankfather, MD, OB/Gyn; and Lynda Odom, MD, Family Medicine.  Providers serving alongside the physicians are:  Andria Carter, PA-C, and Jonna Marion, FNP-C, Kari Cox, FNP-C, at West Texas Medical Center;  Mark Anna, FNP-C, at Plains Clinic and Gil Alvarado, PA-C, and Matt Cox, PA-C, at YCH ER.

West Texas Lifestyle and Rehab opened in 2004 and offers residents rehabilitation services and fitness programs. Serving the needs of rural West Texas, our 15,000 square foot facility offers fitness testing to our members as well as a variety of treatments for physical therapy conditions to include the following:

Yoakum County Hospital Home Health cares for the needs of the elderly and home-bound.

Dialysis Services of West Texas was opened in 2004 and is a 12-chair End Stage Renal Disease facility currently serving 24 patients from Yoakum County.
